Securely pack your jewelry in its original FoundRae signature packaging and include all certificates of authenticity or promotional materials.
Ship Your Return
Affix the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our artisans verify the condition of the piece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
